1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Attestik platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Attestik provides a cryptographic attestation protocol for media streams. The Service enables users to embed cryptographic identity into video content, verify content provenance, and manage attestation records. The Service may include web applications, APIs, SDKs, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to compromise the integrity of cryptographic attestations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service except as permitted by applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Use the Service to generate, distribute, or facilitate the distribution of misleading or fraudulent content

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Attestik and its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you upload to or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Attestik a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. API Usage

If you access the Service via an API, you agree to comply with any rate limits, usage policies, and documentation provided. API keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed in client-side code. Attestik reserves the right to suspend API access for violations of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Attestik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
